Update Concerning Long Term Care Insurance |
| |
A bill has been introduced in the 2010 South Dakota Legislature to increase the limit on benefits which the Association will pay under long term care insurance policies from $100,000 to $300,000. It has been introduced as Senate Bill 168, and information on the status of the bill can be found on the website of the South Dakota Legislative Research Council. |
