Summary Document Required for Policies Delivered in South Dakota
Member companies of the South Dakota Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association must include a summary document concerning the guaranty association that is required under SDCL 58-29C-62 with each life, annuity, and health policy that is delivered in South Dakota. Information for Policyholders of Colorado Bankers Life Insurance Company ("CBL") and Bankers Life Insurance Company ("BLIC")
